BIDS/RFQ/RFP

The Gary/Chicago International Airport Authority oversees all operations, enhancements and maintenance of GCIA.

VENDOR REGISTRATION

In order to register as a vendor with GCIA, you must be a registered vendor with the City of Gary.

The General Business License certifies you are a legally operating business within the City of Gary.

This form is for new businesses, previously unlicensed businesses, and for changes in address or ownership of existing licensed businesses.

New General Business Licenses are granted year-round; completed license forms and associated documents should be submitted to the Zoning Office in City Hall for approval.

DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

GCIA currently operates under an FAA-approved 20-year Master Plan that expands capacity and provides for long-term growth in the areas of on-airport cargo facilities, general and corporate aviation facilities, commercial service passenger terminals, and runway extensions.
