After working at GYY for 8 years People don't realize most of the commercial carriers are not going to come in being they already operate so close.. Southwest at Midway, so that's a no,. Breeze and Allegiant most likely not with both of them at South Bend although Allegiant has been there in the past, flights were pretty full!..
Avelo sounds like a good option being they don't have anything near Chicago. I bet they could get pretty full flights say one to the east coast, one to Vegas and one to Florida.
I do know anytime Allegiant was in town they had to bus in TSA agents which caused some issues with delays Means nothing if we cant take flights anywhere. Bring in a commercial airliner.
